But it was a term that humans tended to understand, and it circumvented the topics that they tended to find awkward - things like "pets" and "territory" simply seemed to mean something different to Tsukiyama than they did to most people.

The sidewalks are clear, at least, lining the streets of Goldenrod City; it's still cold, but the streets Tsukiyama knows best around here are quiet. Enough people to socialize if one feels like it, not nearly enough to require it if they don't, decent for private conversations.]
